As part of continued growth, Armstrong Planning are seeking an ambitious and experienced Architect to join our team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from inception through to completion, in both the residential and commercial sectors, within a supportive team environment.
Skills:
RIAI Registered architect.
Excellent design and presentation skills.
Strong working knowledge of the planning and building regulations and Building Control, BC(A)R.
Capable of managing projects through design and construction stages.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work well with clients.
A high degree of self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to work both unsupervised and also as part of a team.
Excellent organisational skills with an ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
Experience of Revit/BIM will be an advantage.
Experience of Photoshop and InDesign is a bonus.
