Armstrong Planning secured a fantastic Declaration from An Bord Pleanála confirming that the use of part of the school building at St. Patrick's National School in Dalkey as a Montessori, does not amount to 'development', and is not requiring of planning permission, overruling the decision of Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council.
