Armstrong Planning Ltd. are delighted to have successfully secured planning permission for a new residential development, and retention of office use at ground and first-floor levels at Lad Lane, Dublin 2.
The new development includes the demolition of the existing roof structure, and construction of a new second-floor extension at Nos. 5 and 6 of Lad Lane. This includes internal reconfiguration and building alterations to convert the two existing two-storey adjoining mews houses to a three-storey mixed use building.
