Armstrong Planning have just submitted a planning application for Phase 1 of two-phased masterplan for a new urban village ‘Kingston Cross’ on a 6.8ha site Knocknacarra District Centre, including a new Decathlon Sporting goods store and a supermarket with a host of news shopping units, community uses and a cafe/restaurant unit, all centred on a new civic plaza.
